The project aimed to improve the availability of seismic and crustal deformation observations in the Indo-Southeast Asian region to aid earthquake hazard and risk analyses efforts. Key activities included site identification, survey, and selection; vault construction and site improvement; establishment of 20 telemetered broadband seismic stations and 8 cGPS stations; and integration into national and regional networks.
