Michael D. Bausas or Mike earned both his BS Degree in Agricultural Engineering and MS Degree in Energy Engineering from the University of the Philippines. His previous work experiences with agricultural and energy national agencies in his home country are focused on project and business research and development.  As Project Officer, he utilizes his knowledge and skills in providing research, writing support, and technical assistance in the implementation, documentation, monitoring and evaluation of RIMES programs and projects.
