As a Project Officer, Mitesh is responsible for supporting GFCS (Global Framework for Climate Services) implementation activities in south Asia. He contributes to baseline surveys, stakeholder analyses, need assessments, and user surveys; supports training curriculum development and delivery and workshop organization and documentation; undertakes documentation and dissemination of project experiences, lessons, and successes; and contributes to applied research.

Prior to working at RIMES, Mitesh worked as a National Training and Research Associate at Asian Centre of Innovation for Sustainable Agriculture Intensification (ACISAI), SRI-LMB (EU-financed project) in Thailand.

He holds a Master degree in Engineering with major in Agriculture from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. He acquired his Bachelor’s degree in Technology major in Agriculture from the Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, India.
