As Applications Development Specialist, Niraj is involved in decision-support system development, and provides capacity building support to National Meteorological and Hydrological Services, on demand.

He has worked as Vision Graphics Lab Researcher at the Asian Institute of Technology and a Software Developer at 1-To-All Company Limited before he joined the team at RIMES.

Niraj has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology, India.
