The Regional Integrated Multi-Hazard Early Warning System (RIMES) upholds the highest standards of integrity, transparency, professionalism and accountability in all aspects of its operations. As an intergovernmental institution with diverse funding streams, collaborating with member states, donor agencies, and partnerships with private sector entities, RIMES is committed to fostering and maintaining ethical governance such as a professional, respectful, fair, and transparent workplace, and regulatory compliance, with zero tolerance for misconduct. If you have concerns, grievance, or wish to report suspected misconduct related to our RIMES projects and/or organization, you may do so through our official grievance reporting channels.

Our Non-Integrity Workplace Grievance and Integrity Misconduct Reporting mechanisms are guided under the following principles:

  • Proportionality: Responses match severity.
  • Due Process: Fair investigations.
  • Confidentiality: Protect reporters and accused.
  • No Retaliation: Safeguard whistleblowers.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use lessons learned to refine processes.


All reports submitted under this reporting channel must be based on true and factual information. This reporting mechanism is designed to address legitimate concerns and maintain RIMES integrity.


RIMES upholds a strict Non-Retaliation or Whistleblower Protection Policy to protect all individuals who make reports in good faith.


RIMES reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or other legal actions as necessary, against any individual who knowingly or maliciously files a false, fabricated and vexatious report.

This reporting form is strictly for use by RIMES staff for workplace-related concerns such as supervision, working conditions, salary or benefits, interpersonal conflicts, or other non- integrity issues. Submissions will be reviewed and resolved through confidential and fair procedures in line with RIMES policies.

Integrity Misconduct Reporting Form (Internal and External Use)
This form is available to all RIMES staff, contractors, donors, partners, suppliers and external stakeholders for reporting integrity-related matters, including fraud, corruption, collusion, coercion, conflicts of interest, or other misconduct related to our RIMES projects and/or organization. Reports are handled directly by the RIMES Integrity Compliance Office (ICO) under strict confidentiality and whistleblower protection measures.

RIMES will proceed with our established internal procedures relating to grievance handling and aligning with our integrity compliance framework. The reporter is expected to be contacted as soon as further information or supporting documents are required. The outcome of the filed case will be informed accordingly.
